1. Acceptance

By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Final terms for any transaction are confirmed in writing before any agreement is signed or deposit is paid.

2. About Us

Calvin Recond Car is a trade name operated by SM Galaxy Sdn. Bhd. (201101015374 / 0943508T), a company incorporated and registered in Malaysia.

3. Vehicle Listings

We take reasonable care to ensure that vehicle descriptions, photos, and prices are accurate at the time of publication. However, details may change and we cannot guarantee that every listing is completely free of error. All vehicles are offered subject to prior sale.

We strongly recommend a physical inspection before committing to purchase. Listed prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and do not include road tax, insurance, JPJ transfer fees, or other costs required to complete ownership transfer. These will be communicated to you before any agreement is signed.

4. Reservations & Deposits

A deposit is required to reserve a vehicle. The amount is agreed in writing before payment is made and forms part of your total purchase price. No vehicle will be held without a confirmed deposit.

The deposit is non-refundable if you withdraw from the purchase without any fault on our part. You are entitled to a full refund if we are unable to deliver the vehicle in the condition represented, or if we cancel the sale for any reason attributable to us.

5. Trade-In Valuations

Any valuation provided online, via WhatsApp, or verbally is an indicative estimate only and does not constitute a binding offer. A firm offer is made in writing only after physical inspection of your vehicle.

By submitting a trade-in request, you confirm that you are the registered owner (or duly authorised to negotiate its sale), and that all information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

6. Warranty

Where a warranty is stated on a vehicle listing, the coverage period and terms will be communicated to you in writing before purchase. Unless explicitly stated, vehicles are sold without warranty. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, or modifications made after purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, SM Galaxy Sdn. Bhd. (201101015374 / 0943508T) shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly with us may be referred to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia under the Consumer Protection Act 1999, or to the Malaysian courts.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date above will be updated when changes are made. Continued use of our website after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
